Features of the Messaging App Project
QKSMS is an open source replacement to the stock messaging app on Android Quite a bit of old code still needs to be cleaned up and refactored, so keep that in mind as you’re digging through the source. If you find something that’s just really crappy, let me know and I’ll put it higher up on my list of stuff to clean up. I’ll be focusing on improving code quality of existing code over the next couple weeks.
How To Import And Run The Project?
Start Android Studio and close any open Android Studio projects.
From the Android Studio menu select File > New > Import Project. .
Select the Eclipse ADT project folder with the AndroidManifest.xml file and click Ok.
Select the destination folder and click Next.
